Location is fantastic, just a short walk to Central Park. Elevators are slow and can be frustrating during busy times.

Location is fantastic, just steps from Central Park. Room cleaning was average; I found old clothes behind the safe. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant overall.

The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from the hustle and bustle but quiet enough to escape. The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. Breakfast was a delightful treat, the best I've had in ages!
Strongly recommend! ❤️😍

The location was perfect for walking to attractions, and the staff were super friendly and helpful! We got a spacious suite with a cozy bed, and the bar service was top-notch.
It wasn't budget-friendly, but totally worth it.

I loved that I was just a casual 5-minute walk from the subway and only a 10-minute stroll to Central Park, making it super easy to head out and explore all the amazing sights like Times Square and Broadway, which are just around the corner! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, I did notice that the hotel is starting to show signs of age and could really use a little sprucing up in the decor.

Beautiful building with classic charm and an exceptional location, but the experience was a mixed bag. Staff were friendly, especially in the luggage room. The room was cozy but had a few quirks—lights turning on and off randomly and a sluggish shower drain. Cockroaches in the initial room were a shock, but management did try to resolve it, albeit slowly. Long waits for the tiny elevators made getting around a challenge. It's a lovely place with character, but there are definitely some maintenance and service issues that need addressing.

Comfortable room, comfortable stay with a fantastic view and great staff who were always responsive and helpful throughout our visit.
Everything exceeded my hopes.

The room was spacious, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night. the temperature control was a bit tricky. The noise level was higher than expected; despite being on the 16th floor, street sounds echoed in the recessed area of the building. Some rooms have a lingering humidity smell, but the staff promptly moved us when we noted it. A mini-fridge would have been ideal, but it was never provided. We encountered minor inconveniences, like a non-functional hair dryer and safe. A city view room wasn't what we anticipated, facing a less appealing alley instead.

The bathroom was ridiculously tiny for our family of four. We never had enough towels, just three for all of us. I can't believe we had to ask repeatedly for basic amenities like soap and extra coffee. Just frustrating!

Staying here offered a blend of charm and convenience. The corner room was expansive, featuring a luxurious super king bed. The location shines, with Central Park and various subway lines a short walk away. The bar was delightful, and staff across all departments were consistently friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the bathroom layout was awkward, and access could be troublesome. Water temperature in the mornings was disappointing. Parking fees were excessive and poorly explained. elevator wait times were lengthy, affecting the overall experience. While there were minor issues, the hotel’s historic allure and location may still warrant consideration for a future trip. Comfortable yet needs refinement in service delivery.

The history and charm of the place shine through. The staff is helpful, but be ready for an unusual dining experience.
Soundproofing? Not much of it.

Iconic entertainment venue in Rockefeller Center for a great night out.
My wife says that the family room beds are small.

Great location close to Metro stations, Rockefeller Plaza, and Central Park. Staff, especially the doormen, were extremely helpful and friendly.
Some reception staff were brusque, and the air-con in the dining room was too cold. Slow elevators were a downside.

I chose Warwick for its central midtown Manhattan location, which made it convenient to visit The Metropolitan Museum of Art. The hotel's historic charm and the bespoke service exceeded my expectations. The elegant Randolph's Bar & Lounge provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
Poor operation and a decline in the hotel's overall cleanliness.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with so many attractions within walking distance. The room itself was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great walk-in closet to keep things organized. Unfortunately, there were a few downsides to mention. The water temperature in the bathroom was a bit tricky to adjust, and the shower knobs made it difficult to get the right temperature. the soundproofing in the room wasn't the best, as we could hear noise from the neighboring room through the thin door. On the plus side, the staff was really friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch, but I did have some issues with housekeeping when my daughter got sick. It took a bit of effort to get them to come clean the room properly. the Warwick has some great features like the convenient location and comfortable amenities, but there are definitely areas for improvement, especially in the bathroom and housekeeping services. Still, it was a decent place to stay for a short trip to the city.

Had a great city break thanks to a central location near parks, museums, and Fifth Avenue - perfect for exploring. Staff, especially Jesus, went above and beyond for exceptional service. Plenty of helpful staff around at all times. Functional room with a comfortable bed and fair pricing. Enjoyed dining options nearby and appreciated the responsive service and friendly cleaning staff.
Room needed better soundproofing against noise. Limited TV channels, outdated lighting system, and weak window seals.

I had the most magical and nostalgic experience at this historical hotel. Stepping through the doors felt like entering a different time zone, with a cozy atmosphere that transported me to the 1915-1960s. The quietness added to the surreal feeling, making it a perfect place for lovers of classic living. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The hotel also had beautiful holiday decorations and convenient valet parking.
The hot water in our room was not working for 5 days, which was a major inconvenience. Despite sending engineers to fix it multiple times, the issue was not resolved.

After rocking out at Murals on 54 at Rockefeller, we chilled in Central Park, feeling like Gossip Girl. The location was epic, close to all the action!
Wish there was a hip rooftop bar or club in the hotel for us party animals to keep the vibe going 24/7.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even left a complimentary bottle of wine for my sister’s birthday, which was a lovely gesture. the location was excellent, within walking distance to Rockefeller Center, Times Square, and Central Park. Our City View Suite was spacious and comfortable, with a large living room and plenty of room for a rollaway bed. the old New York charm of the building's exterior, lobby, and elevators added to the overall experience.

I felt like a 1920s star with the Follies theater view, the classic New York strip, and the eclectic decor. The Avenue views and the cozy tavern were a delight. Oh, and the shopping and dining options were endless fun!
Cockroaches in the room made me feel like an unwanted roomie.

Loved the spacious room and comfy bed at Warwick. Unfortunately, the fridge wasn't cold enough for my snacks. But overall, I'll recommend this hotel.
